You've decided to work with Secure Data Technology, Inc.
data recovery services. Thanks! Here's a basic outline of how we
work;
1) Call us at 866-637-7667 or send an email to your consultant
or send email to sales@data-recovery-disk.com
to convert your quote to a Service Order.
2) During normal business hours your order number will be assigned
in 2 to 4 hours. Otherwise, the following business day. You will
receive an email confirmation.
3) No need to wait for the order number. Package the device carefully
and securely.(See Shipping/Packaging Information) Enclose a printed
copy of your Service Request Form and appropriate payment information.
4) We'll contact you upon receipt of the device via email or phone
to confirm receipt and your order number. Any minimum charges must
be paid prior to starting your order.
5) The data recovery process begins. Secure Data Technology will
purchase parts if necessary. If head replacement is an option this
will be performed. Every attempt will be made to secure your data.
If we can't do it, we'll let you know what your options are.
6) Once the data has been recovered (average lead-time for standard
service is 3-5 business days), we will email a list of recovered
data for your approval. Additionally, we will ask about your preferred
backup and return shipping methods.
7) Data is shipped. You receive your backup media and original
material. Secure Data Technology, Inc. doesn't stop there. If you
have problems integrating your data into your new system, either
send us an email or give us a call and we'll help as much as conditions
will permit.
